Refund Policy

OUR 30 DAY WARRANTY

All products come with a replacement warranty.  You have 7 days to contact us.
If you received the wrong item, please contact us within 72 hours of delivery. We will arrange to deliver the correct items or return all your payment.
For defective or faulty products, please take photos or videos and email us , we will replace your purchase after confirmation.

WE WILL NOT BE ABLE TO PROVIDED A REFUND FOR BROKEN OR MISUSED GEAR, ONLY REPLACEMENTS.


PLEASE NOTE: This policy does not cover misuse, accidental damage, water damage, or any abuse of the purchased product. This also does not cover wrong sized ordered or if you just do not like the "fit/feel" of the product.

RETURNS & REFUNDS

Our replacement policy lasts 30 days from the date it was received.

If 30 days have passed, you may still be able to get a replacement for a small shipping fee.

If you have Buyers remorse or have decided that you do not want the product due to shipping times/fit or feel/improper use we will be UNABLE to accept any returns.

Exception: We  replace damaged/broken resistance bands for 3 months after purchase. You will be charged a small shipping fee

We can not accept returns due to the COVID-19 Virus.

RE: Late or Missing refunds (if applicable)

If you haven’t received a refund yet, it may not have appeared on your credit card statement due to the billing cycle. All refunds are processed within 72 hours of receiving returned merchandise

Depending on your bank, there is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

NOTE: Do NOT call your credit card company for a chargeback as this will result in delays and additional paperwork on your behalf.

We honor all refund requests for damaged goods, incorrect items or  if you simply do not like the way the product works or like its quality.


CAN I CANCEL MY ORDER AFTER IT HAS BEEN PLACED?

Unfortunately, we are unable to cancel your order once it has been processed and/or shipped. We  source the highest quality and best reviewed products that may be shipped from various suppliers in different countries. So it becomes logistically impossible to manage. If you are unhappy with your product you can always return it for a refund within 30 days
If your order has yet to ship and we are able to stop it, we charge a $10 cancellation fee on all orders.

Invalid Return Reasons:

a. Buyers Remorse  - this is the most common example which we cannot honor if you want to continue getting high quality products at great prices from us. offering great value at From Home Fitness. The buyer should make sure he or she wants to buy the items before submitting an order, not after. After an order is submitted, the buyer enters into a legally binding contract with the seller to purchase all items in that order.
b. Buyer found items cheaper somewhere else - Although, several items may appear the same, there are wide fluctuations in quality. We strive to have extremely fair pricing to be sure you are happy with your purchase. Buyer should be confident that he or she is ready to pay the asking prices before submitting an order. After an order is submitted, the buyer enters into a legally binding contract with the seller to purchase all items in that order.
